What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview:
I get great satisfaction from working with children, watching them learn and develop, is gratifying. I not only teach them, they teach me as well. At Brookview I can meet a child as an infant/toddler, spend three years with them in my primary classroom, and then continue to watch them grow as they advance in elementary. What could be better?

What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview:
Education at Brookview is not only a way of imparting knowledge, but also supporting the child to build awareness of how they learn and who they are while exploring the world in which we live. I'm thrilled to be part of a community that cares about how children develop, learn, and grow.
Interests:
I'm an artist, too. I spend time painting and 'making stuff', as children like to say. I also like to read, take long walks, travel, and spend time with my friends and family.

What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview:
I get great satisfaction from working with children of this age as they are so enthusiastic and caring. It is always interesting to watch as their personality develops over the three years that they are with me. Having been with the school for so long I have seen many of the children grow up from very small babies and consider it a privilege to be part of their lives.
Interests:
My hobbies include nature walks, gardening, and reading.
Education:
- American Montessori Society (AMS) Primary Teacher Associates Certification, Indiana University of South Bend

What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview:
What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview is the opportunity to work with such a diverse group of children and co-workers. I learn something new every day! It's a blessing to see how much the children learn at such a young age compared to what I knew as a child. The Montessori way of learning is inspiring.
Interests:
I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I try to stay in shape by walking every day.
