What I enjoy most about teaching at Brookview:

The Brookview family has been so very warm and welcoming to me.  I am excited to build new relationships and form bonds with my new class.  Thank you to everyone who volunteered his or her time to help me prepare my classroom!

Interests:
I love reading; I have many favorite books and authors, love to make recommendations, and I also enjoy creative writing as well.  There is a tender place in my heart for animals though there is only one furry companion in my home.  I have a butterscotch tabby named Lexus and would someday like to be a horse-owner.  I like to have music or a familiar movie playing in the background while I work.

Education:

• BA in film, Columbia College, Chicago
• Midwest Montessori Teacher Training for Elementary 1 & 2
• American Montessori Society certified for 6-9, awaiting certification for 9-12
