Infant & Toddler

Brookview's Infant Program

Brookview offers a beautiful beginning for your baby's future. Our warm and caring staff are highly trained to respond to all of the physical and psychological needs of your child. The infant and toddler rooms are filled with developmentally appropriate materials in a calm setting with an abundance of natural light. Brookview has a low infant to teacher ratio providing active stimulation - vital to a child's brain development during the first three years of life. At this age the seeds of independence are planted and nurtured, from crawling to politely asking for a glass of water.

A visit to our infant and toddler program will affirm the fact that this environment is like no other - the ideal setting to nurture and guide young children.

Brookview's Toddler Program

The Toddler program was designed for children to begin to achieve independence and realize their full potential. Montessori materials are presented in the classroom to encourage the development of language, sensorial experience, fine and gross motor coordination, as well as social and practical life skills. A typical day includes lessons, outdoor play, music or Spanish, and art.
